描述
Cyligen開發了一種適用于培養和/或冷凍從小鼠血液富集的人原代腫瘤細胞的新技術和相關產品。使用SEM系列減法富集產物濃縮保存在含有特殊抗凝血劑(FCM-001)的試劑中的小鼠血液樣品中的腫瘤細胞。富集的無低滲損傷的腫瘤細胞立即加入以下特殊細胞培養基中用于原代腫瘤細胞培養。人類原發腫瘤細胞被選擇生長更多,而小鼠造血細胞(如WBC)將在細胞培養過程中逐漸耗盡。培養的原代腫瘤細胞可用于冷凍FCM-001產品中提供的特殊原代細胞冷凍培養基或下游生物學和遺傳分析。
